Safety begins with people who know what to do.
Allring Foundation works with families, schools, faith communities, and survivor leaders on child trafficking prevention education and access to safety resources. We focus on the adults and community connections that can help young people seek support earlier.
Our mission.
Allring Foundation improves personal safety and access to emergency assistance for vulnerable individuals and communities, particularly children, youth, and people at risk of violence, exploitation, or trafficking, by providing safety technology, education, resources, and support through partnerships with nonprofit and community organizations.
Who we serve.
Our work centers on children, youth, and people at risk of violence, exploitation, or trafficking, alongside their caregivers and trusted adults. Schools, parent groups, PTAs, community centers, and nonprofit organizations help bring prevention information closer to the people who need it.
Education addresses both online and in-person recruitment. A young person needs language to describe a concern, a trusted adult who will listen, and a clear path to help. Adults need practical information so they can respond without shame or blame.
Our current work.
Allring's active education programs in Houston and Austin include parent and community workshops, training for school personnel, and survivor-informed conversations with families and professionals. Our Programs page explains the educational model and each audience's role.
Our school and community education is already underway. A separate 2027 expansion plan builds on this work with additional schools in Houston's Third and Fifth Wards. The Programs page describes current activities and the expansion targets. Safety technology access is a planned initiative. We do not report deployment or distribution results for that initiative.
Education and safety technology.
Knowing when and how to ask for help matters. Education can help people recognize a concern; accessible safety tools may offer another way to signal that help is needed. Allring's intended technology access work connects these ideas through nonprofit and community partnerships.
Allring Foundation is a charitable nonprofit. RingOn is a separate commercial safety technology company. Contributions to Allring support its charitable mission, not RingOn's commercial operations. Allring does not sell RingOn products through this website or operate a monitoring, dispatch, or emergency response service.
Stewardship and program evaluation.
Support is intended for prevention education, survivor educator compensation, travel, educational materials, community resources, program evaluation, and responsible nonprofit operations. For the additional 2027 school expansion, the evaluation plan includes attendance, short before-and-after surveys, and follow-up questions. Planned measures are not published results.
Funders and prospective partners can request organizational documentation and discuss program budgets directly with Allring. We do not publish unverified reach figures or imply that a funding request is an awarded grant.
